These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://pjmwebdesign.com, the PJM Web Design client portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by PJM Web Design LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, requesting a quote, or communicating with us (including through our website chat widget), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We provide custom website design, web development, and related digital services. Project scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, statement of work, or client agreement.

Website content, mockups, and marketing copy on this site are for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer unless confirmed in a signed agreement or paid invoice.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in an abusive way, or use it to send spam or malware.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time.

Our website may include a chat widget that lets you start a conversation with us. If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in through that widget, you agree to receive SMS messages from PJM Web Design about your inquiry, appointments, project updates, and related service communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us at the email or phone number below.

The chat widget is the method we use to collect SMS opt-in consent. Other website forms (such as our contact form) do not collect phone numbers or SMS consent.

If we create a client portal account for you, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Fees for project work or subscriptions are as stated in your proposal, invoice, or checkout flow. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, invoices are due as stated on the invoice. We may pause work if payment is overdue.

We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and methods. Completed custom work is licensed or assigned as described in your client agreement.

You represent that materials you provide (logos, copy, images, and similar) are yours to use or that you have permission to provide them.

The website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Third-party services (hosting, payments, analytics, chat delivery, and similar) are subject to those providers' terms and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PJM Web Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PJM Web Design LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
